Icahn School of Medicine (sister of the abusive Beth Israel/Mt Sinai NYC closed-servicing HIP in NYC now EmblemHealth, also with massive complaints filed on their care) is using trials on humans in a border neighborhood of the impoverished in NYC. Jewish Daniel Bruckstein founder of Continuum Healthcare provides care for aging seniors. Continuum merged Beth Israel with Mt. Sinai. Many Iranian students have trained at Beth Israel and Mt Sinai. All past records from Beth Israel/Mt Sinai are stored at Icahn. Recruits are through HuMed for these schools who do not follow the traditional MCAT Path. Many complaints filed against Icahn.

I've been strength training and had been working with a trainer at a gym doing stretches. This has been going on for almost 2 months. Being a spoonie I had to cut down my limits. I ended at home doing strength training. 

I've ended up being able to use my taste buds more. Don't know how this helped. I'm able to eat healthier food because my body isn't craving for more flavors to get me to eat substantially. I made sweet potato tortillas today. I had 2 scrambled eggs with one and a pickle, tomatoes, apple, and a few chips. It actually tasted really good. I would have ordinarily gagged on it. My body is appreciating the nutrients.

I only do an online express 15 minute senior class. I'll tell you they pack a punch. Right now I'm lagging to hold onto twice a week. Between having to cook my own meals, a bit of yoga and walking when I can, and having to vacuum and sometimes mop every night to keep ants out it is hard. But I pray to God to keep giving me the strength.

 Dysautonomia is a very scary disorder linked to autoimmune diseases, gut issues, head injuries and more. According to the National Library of Medicine and what I just experienced taking a generic Allegra, histamine blockers aid in the symptoms of dysautonomia-which is a disorder that malfunctions the autonomic nervous system. I get dizzy and fainting spells. This usually happens when my body feels exerted. This didn’t start until a couple of years ago when I believe it was triggered through toxic chemicals in the building I was living in. My nervous system is already compromised as well as I have head injuries. I get a lot of histamine coming up from my stomach because I have Hashimoto’s - which very often carries the 3’s: dysautonomia, mast cell activation, and pots.

An antihistamine like ⁠Allegra (fexofenadine) can ease dysautonomia symptoms when an underlying overlap with mast cell activation or histamine release drives the autonomic response.

Hashimoto's thyroiditis connects to dysautonomia, POTS, and mast cell activation (MCAS) through shared immune-system confusion, chronic inflammation, and an autonomic-immune feedback loop where inflammatory chemicals and nervous system misfires worsen each other.

It’s amazing how frightened we get when we’re stuck in brain fog. Most of the time we don’t even realize this. The simplest of changes control our functioning. I found one secret to quinoa. ‘It stabalizes the neurotransmitters required for sharp mental clarity. 

Then I come back and I’m not so scared. My body and mind can function.

It is good for digestive disorders. I know that’s where I go when I’m at my worst. So simple. And I can’t find my way out. Brain fog? Free of cholesterol and trans fat. I’m feeling heart broken over an injury in my neck my husband gave me when I was, so, so, many years ago. Pictures of X-rays and knowing the truth of what I went through I can’t ignore anymore. The injuries come to me in physical feelings and ailments I can’t ignore. I don’t know what I did to make my ex-husband be so unkind to me. I did everything for him. Pleased every wish he wanted. To handle me that way…. Picking me up with 2 hands by my neck and landing me on the bed after I questioned where he was for so long anxious at the fact he would come home so late after dinner. I was home and alone then a lot because he didn’t want me working at a hospital that I was working at. I worked so hard to get the job and was so proud of myself. I was only 20 and hadn’t had any work success. It was only part time but still 30 hours and a wonderful stepping stone to a full time job with good money and benefits. I was already making more than twice an hour from my last job. I now feel the long term effects of an injury that connects my neck to my brain stem: fighting off dysautonomia and other related conditions that come so ma y years later. No one has to tell me. I’m smart. I watch, I listen, I hear. I research. We know deep down inside of us, this is us. The cracking in my neck I’ll never forget, as my brain faded away…. on that day. Into waitressing, druggings, attempted human trafficking, more abuse, after abuse, after abuse… what did I do? I may as well face, this is what they do to you during domestic violence. :(

I ate rice boiled in a lot of extra water and rinsed it well because I was desperate for a gluten free grain. I won't ordinarily eat rice due to permanent chronic pesticide toxicity that I feel I have from being poisoned through food. I felt such a relief in my body healthwise. I had to think about this. Please look for information below that I researched.

Also when I eat pickles I feel the same sense of relief.

I'm hoping this helps other women who have been poisoned.

 My Dirty Wedding Dress 

After I married my abusive boyfriend he gave me my supposed gifted cleaned wedding dress in a beautiful box gifted by a very nice Jewish friend of his that attended our wedding that owned a dry cleaners. The dress was filled with dirt and mud stains. I was horrified and said the dress is ruined and can’t ever be used by our children. My husband at that point laughed and never got it fixed.

These stories still bring me horror today. When you feel you can’t get away fight it. I do still believe I’d be dead if I tried to fight to leave him any sooner, but with what I’ve been through sometimes I say maybe it would have been worth the chance.

@Keeping Myself Well: Thank God someone listened to her at least. I was detained at the hospital, tested for street drugs, and told I had dementia and keep taking my medication. I didn’t take any medication I told the doctor on call. He ignored me. 😳 My PCP at the time who was an hour away said to deal with the doctor I’m dealing with now (ER doctor?) I said you’re my doctor. 🤷‍♀️ I needed blood tests to this. I was told by the police that I reported this to to go to a nasty local bar for them. 😱 Did not go of course. Praying for all women. My body is mangled and permanently damaged from all the times this continued. 👍❤️
